          EFFECTIVE MONDAY,  OCTOBER 17, 2022, THE LANCASTER COUNTY PROTHONOTARY WILL BE ACCEPTING ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS FOR ANY TRANSACTION, EXCLUDING PASSPORT PROCESSING. A CONVENIENCE FEE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR WILL BE APPLIED AT THE RATE OF  2.19% FOR CREDIT CARD AND 1.79% FOR DEBIT.
