EVENT: Flood Warning
ALERT:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
county, Lancaster.
* WHEN...Until 600 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 206 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the warned area.
- At 200 PM, flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shirtly
along the Octoraro Creek. The bridge at Brown Road is
expected to flood. Do not cross bridges over the creek.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
